Michaels' Lighting makes designing and prototyping new lighting fixtures economical and efficient. Our design process includes the
powerful Photopia software, which is a fast and accurate photometric analysis program that produces comprehensive performance evaluations
for non-imaging optical designs. Photopia allows us to produce virtual luminaires in a fraction of the time and for a fraction of the
cost of physical prototypes. With computer modeling, we can test a number of design variations without altering tooling. Photopia also
provides several output options that allow us to characterize luminaire performance with a variety of metrics.
